Meet Dr. Kazmi
Dr. M.Mehdi Kazmi is a Neurologist and Psychiatrist. He trained in both specialties at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is one of the founders of Regional Neurological Associates and has been in practice since 1995 in New York. In addition to general neurology and psychiatry he specializes in headache diagnosis and treatment particularly migraine, pain conditions and his interests as a neurologist include stroke, dementias, seizure disorders and neurology/psychiatry overlap disorders. His interests in psychiatry include mood disorders, anxiety disorders and neuropsychiatry. He accepts a wide variety of insurance plans and is able to see new patients within a week at our Bronx and Yonkers offices. He was included in the Best Doctors in New York listing in 1997, early in his practice years. He is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Arabic.
